Summer Camp Opportunities

Our CIT program fits the requirements for High School community service hours!

Counselor In Training

June 17th - August 23th 2024

We anticipate that most campers will remain in the CIT program for two consecutive years. CITs follow the directions of Junior and Senior Counselors to provide support during camp activities. CITs encourage campers to try new things and cheer them on. A CIT is still technically a camper and therefore bound by many of the same rules and restrictions as regular campers. Since a CIT program is a training program, CITs are not paid. CIT programs can lead to leadership opportunities at school, in extracurricular activities and future jobs. As a good example, CITs may not use cell phones during camp, except in emergencies and out of sight from campers.

If your teen is too old to attend camp, but too young to spend the day home alone, our CIT program is a great way for them to have fun at camp, while also developing work ethic, responsibility and a sense of purpose.
