Group fitness classes are a great way to check a beneficial workout off the list — without having to think or plan on your own. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced and effective workout, and a cool-down. Group fitness classes are also a great way to build community, create accountability, and bring fun into fitness!

HIIT

(High Intensity Interval Training) is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

Water Aerobics

Exercising in water helps build muscle strength while minimizing stress on your joints and muscles. Tone muscle, burn calories and engage your cardiovascular system by using support provided by the water. The Abington Club’s salt water lap pool provides a superior experience compared to traditional chlorinated pools.

Move It, Shake it, Lift It

A full body workout that will blend HiiT along with partner and/or small group strength training circuits that will have you leaving class with a muscle pump and a very worked core! All fitness levels, ages, genders are welcome. Progressions and regressions can and will be gladly honored wherever need be.

Hiit Me Up

HiiT is the fastest way to burn fat and get the lean and ripped look that will make your friends want to know your secret! You will give all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercises, followed by short active recovery periods. HiiT workouts build cardiovascular fitness, improve strength, build lean muscle, and maximize calorie burn during and after the workout.

Fab Abs

This core class is designed to strengthen the muscles of the abs and back with non stop core sculpting moves. This class is a great addition to anyone's fitness routine.

Pilates Fusion

Pilates fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles - including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance - to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. This style has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles.
