Every Friday Ages 4-12
Friday Night Recess is for kids between the ages of 4 and 12 years old and takes place in the Kids Cave in the lowers level of The Abington Club. During Recess kids will get to play in the space, swim in the indoor pool, participate in various activities such as arts and crafts, karaoke and air hockey. Our goal is to make each week a bit different, keeping the kids engaged and learning.
Advance Registration is Required up to 24 hours in advance.
$20 per child and $10 for each additional sibling
First Fridays are for Toddlers Too! Ages 2-4
On the first Friday of every month we welcome toddlers too! This program takes place in our babysitting room, located on the 2nd floor of The Abington Club. The kids will be able to play freely with others, watch movies and build their social skills. Because this is mostly a free play evening, it’s okay to drop off and pickup anytime between the hours of 5:00pm and 8:00pm.

Important Details
Recess is open to campers and members at this time.
The safety and well being of your child is our top priority. If a child is: Not registered prior, arrives at The Abington Club unattended by a parent or legal guardian, or does not have required contact forms and waivers signed, the parent will be required to come back and follow the correct policies and procedures. If prior registration was not completed your child may not be able to attend recess due to reaching max capacity.

• An up to date Annual Recess Enrollment Form per child must be filled out annually by parent / legal guardian upon drop off.
• Children may not be signed in or dropped off before 5:00pm.
• No child may enter The Abington Club unattended.
• Each child can be signed in at the front desk and must be escorted down to the Kids Cave by their parent or legal guardian
• First Fridays Toddlers Too - Toddlers must be escorted to the babysitting room upon drop off.
• Online payment receipt received upon arrival.
• After signing in, a bracelet will be provided to the child / children
• Please let our staff know your child's swimming level upon arrival.
• Parents must provide a swim vest if his/her child is unable to swim.

• Pickup is at 8:00pm sharp, there is a $5 additional charge for every 5 minutes late.
• Pickup takes place in the Kids Cave, the same location as drop off
• First Fridays Toddlers Too - Toddlers must be picked up in the babysitting room.
• Child / children must be picked up and signed out by the parent / legal guardian or other verified individual
• Provide additional verified pickup person(s) contact info Name, Phone Number and relationship to child in waiver form.
New & Returning Attendees
Week by week and year by year your child develops new skills and abilities. We ask that every parent fill out an annual waiver form to keep us up to date on their swim level and capabilities. You may print and fill out at home or during the sign in process.

Payment & Registration
Prior registration using our online booking site is required up to 24 hours in advance for all attendees. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: The Abington Club staffs and prepares for Recess according to volume and does not offer refunds. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
Parents, enjoy your own Recess at our bar and restaurant on site that has a something for everyone. 1910 has a beautiful covered deck overlooking the golf course, and a cozy fireplace in the colder months. The kids can enjoy being kids without you being too far away.
