5 Simple Healthy Habits You Can Do Today!

Some of you may be health habit pros, others may not know where to start. Here are 5 simple healthy habits you can sneak into your day.

Monitor your water intake

Dehydration can lead to unclear thinking, mood changes, constipation, kidney stones, unhealthy blood pressure, overall unhappiness and discomfort. Whether you exercise frequently or not, the biggest life hack ever is to simply up your water intake. Are you getting enough water? 


Walk

For every hour of sitting, walk for two minutes. If it’s raining and you have to walk in circles in your living room, do that! The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes of exercise each week, that's 5 days of 30 minutes when broken down.
